Local moving FAQs
How long does a 1-bedroom move take?
Most one-bedroom moves take a few hours. It depends on how much you have, stairs or elevators, whether you’re packed, and the distance between addresses.
Do you move on weekends?
Yes. Saturday and Sunday 8:00am–8:00pm, weekdays 5:30am–8:00pm. Weekend slots fill quickly, so book a little earlier.
Do I need to book the elevator?
Most condo and apartment buildings require an elevator booking and often a deposit. Book it at both buildings so we can load and unload without delays.
Do you provide boxes?
Boxes are not included, but we can provide them on request with notice, at an extra cost. Wrapping, shrink wrap, tape, mattress covers and floor protection are included.
